WHY SASSY BRUNETTE FITNESS?

Did you know that sometimes flamingos lose their pink?

It often happens when their babies are little. 

They give so much to their chicks that they become nutritionally depleted, and their pink fades or disappears for a while.

Can you relate to that?

I know I can.

Listen, I LOVE my children. I’d move mountains for them.

But if I’m being totally honest?

After I had my second baby, I felt like I was giving EVERYTHING to my family and had nothing left for myself.

I wanted to get my pink back, which – for me – meant dropping some weight, fitting back into the clothes I loved and just… 

Feeling like MYSELF again.

But all of the nutrition + exercise programs [supposedly] for moms seemed TOTALLY bananas to me.

Like, you think I have the time + energy to spend a whole hour working out every.single.day AND make all my food from scratch???

That wasn’t realistic for me AT ALL – I was already exhausted, so the idea of adding a ton of extra work onto my plate was a hard NO.

So, I decided to design programs that *actually* work for busy moms.

And guess what?

At this point, I have helped HUNDREDS of moms lose weight + keep it off while doing LESS instead of MORE!

One more thing before you go: I want you to know I understand where you are because I was there. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize the reflection staring back.
