Hi, I’m Kelsey!

I’m a certified personal trainer + nutrition coach, wife, and mom of 2 who helps moms of little kids lose weight and feel like THEMSELVES again – that’s why I created my 8 week group program and Made for Moms: The Simple Meal Plan Collective.
